Returns and Exchanges
At Fashion Vortex, we put special care into selecting high quality handmade Italian leather handbags. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item at no cost within 14 days of purchase.
Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date we receive your package. Please allow 2-3 business days for the return credit to post to your account from the date your return is processed.

Please note that we cannot refund items that have been worn or damaged.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange the handbag you purchased, please return it first using return instructions described above within 14 days of purchase. Then, place a new order for a handbag of your choice. If you require assistance, please call our Fashion Vortex Customer Care at 617.620.5162 or e-mail us at info[at]fashionvortex[dot]com.
In the unlikely event that the handbag you received has been damaged, we will replace it or give you a full refund as soon as we receive the damaged item back.
